What we will do:
On receipt of your complaint by our Customer Service Representative will forward the issue to, our Quality Control Manager who, will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution. You should expect to receive a response to your query within 2 to 4 hours of us receiving your correspondence. It may also be necessary for us to contact you during the course of the investigation.
